Habits of Remarkable Leaders

Today I happened to read this interesting blog about 8 instinctive habits of remarkable leaders.  Key hear is that these are instinctive, meaning it becomes part of who they are.

So the 8 habits are
Praise - They praise others -natural, genuine and sincere
Decide - They decide - weigh, assess, decide and act
Responsibility - They admit mistakes early & take responsibility, foster culture where mistakes are challenges
Communicate - They communicate - help other believe & tell me why I should do it - they explain & listen
Set Example - They set example - walk the talk - its part of who they are - care about go not show
Give Feedback - They give feedback - try to change people's life - they care
Seek Help - Don't pretend to know every thing - ask for help - respect knowledge of others - listen
Challenge - They challenge - give autonomy - help outward expression of skills - set broad guidelines only

Are you an instinctive leader.. Read and comment about this in the Linkedin blog in by Jeff Haden
